Travel fees start at $60 for weekdays and $70 for weekends. Travel fees are still charged if canceled within 60 minutes of appointment.

Appointments

Lord Notary Services offers last-minute appointments day or night and personally handles every signing with professionalism and great care. We service all of Los Angeles County, including LAX, Downtown LA, Studio City, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks and all beach cities from Malibu to the South Bay.

Downtown LA, Beach, Canyon, and Mulholland addresses may be additional depending on traffic.

scheduling

Scheduling an appointment is simple via email, text or call. The fastest way to reach us is by text (818)601-9251. The fees for service are very reasonable and all forms of payment are accepted. Please note, to guarantee service, appointments after 10pm may need to be scheduled two hours in advance. Appointments before 8 am should be scheduled the evening prior.

Specialties

We are certified by the NNA. We come to your home or office, as well as hospitals, retirement homes, jails, movie sets, and private celebrity homes. We also offer full apostille services. Notary may perform oaths and affirmations.

Fees for excessive waiting times may apply (after first 15 min.) - $1 per minute.

Documentation

• All signers to be acknowledged must have valid government issued photo ID.
• Notary will provide the following California forms (if required): All Purpose Acknowledgement, and Jurat.

Base: $15 per signature + travel fee

Travel fees are as follows:
STARTING at $60 for weekday business hours
STARTING at $70 for rush hour and weekends
Weekend appointments - $60 travel fee minimum
Parking fees may be additional
Discounts may apply based on area and number of documents

Other fess and services

Airport Emergency Notarization - Minimum of $175 (includes first notarized signature).
Apostille Service - $325 for first one, $100 each for any additional. (No hidden fees: price includes travel to client, first 2 notarized signatures, travel downtown to the Secretary of State, downtown parking fee, Secretary of State fees, waiting fee, and return of document to client)
FedEx / UPS Drop Off - $25
Printing and Fax - .75 a page. First 5 pages free.
